  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse kosher salt
  • 1¾ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon butter, at cool room temperature
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare a 9-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. 2. Boil the apple cider in a sauté pan until reduced by half (about 5 minutes). Mix in cold butter until melted.
  3. 3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, sugars, olive oil, sour cream, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. 4. Gradually add the boiled cider mixture to the wet ingredients and stir until combined.
