  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • Non-stick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Peel, core, and chop the apples into small cubes.
  2. In a non-stick skillet over medium heat, combine apples, brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, and water. Cook for about 10 minutes until apples are tender.

  4. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Brush tortillas with cooking spray and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Cut into wedges and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
