  • 8 oz brie cheese (sliced into wedges)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface, then cut it into 8–10 triangles.
  3. Arrange the triangles in a circle on the prepared baking sheet with pointed ends facing outward.
  4. Layer brie cheese wedges and cranberry sauce around the inner ring of the triangle circle.
