  • 1 small yellow onion
  • ¾ cup diced carrots
  • 2 ribs diced celery
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 5 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup half-and-half
  • 1½ lbs Yukon gold or red potatoes
  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Hot sauce
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ cup flour

Instructions

  1. Cook turkey bacon in a large pot over low heat until crispy; reserve drippings.
  2. Sear seasoned chicken in olive oil until golden brown; set aside.
