  • 1 lb turkey sausage, sliced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 block (8 oz) cream cheese

  1. Prepare your ingredients by slicing the turkey sausage into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In your crockpot, layer half of the pierogies followed by half of the sliced turkey sausage and half of the cream cheese cut into chunks. Pour in half of the chicken broth and season with salt and pepper. Repeat this layering with the remaining ingredients.
  3. Cover and cook on low for about 180 minutes until everything is tender.
  4. About 20 minutes before serving, sprinkle the remaining shredded cheddar cheese on top and cover again to melt.
