  • 68 croissants
  • 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 8 oz lump crab meat
  • 4 oz claw crab meat
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup sharp white cheddar (shredded)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup shallot (minced)
  • 1 tbsp parsley (freshly chopped)
  • 1 tbsp chives (minced)
  • 1 tsp garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 5 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, lump crab meat, claw crab meat, mozzarella, sharp cheddar, mayonnaise, shallots, parsley, chives, minced garlic, and seasoning. Mix until well combined.
  3. Slice croissants in half lengthwise and fill with the crab mixture.
  4. Prepare garlic butter by mixing melted butter with minced garlic and salt.
  5. Place filled croissants on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush with garlic butter.
  6. Bake for about 12 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
