  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika (plus extra for garnish)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup finely diced red bell pepper
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley (plus extra for garnish)
  • Optional: 1/4 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish or individual ramekins.
  2. In a mixing bowl, gently fold the lump crab meat into the mayonnaise, egg, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
