  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 12 oz sirloin or ribeye steak
  • 8 oz large shrimp
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp butter, divided
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (plus more for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and toss with butter.
  2. Season steak with Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Season shrimp with remaining Cajun seasoning.
  3. Sear steak in olive oil for 3-4 minutes per side; let rest, then slice.
  4. Cook shrimp in the same skillet until opaque (1-2 minutes per side).
  5. In the skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds. Add heavy cream, Parmesan, mozzarella, garlic powder, and onion powder; stir until thickened (3-4 minutes).
  6. Toss fettuccine with the sauce and fresh parsley. Serve topped with steak and shrimp.
