Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 pounds sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 12 oz twisted pasta (rotini or fusilli)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the twisted pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear the steak bites in batches for about 3-4 minutes on each side until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. Reduce heat to medium, add butter to the same skillet, then stir in heavy cream until well combined. Gradually add grated Parmesan cheese and Cajun seasoning, stirring continuously until smooth.
  4. Return the cooked steak bites to the skillet along with drained pasta; toss gently until everything is evenly coated in sauce and heated through.
  5. Serve hot, optionally garnished with extra Parmesan cheese.
