  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground sage
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook rigatoni in a large pot of boiling water until al dente per package instructions.
