  • 4 thin boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 small yellow onion, chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 small tomatoes, diced
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken into thin pieces and pat dry. Coat with seasoned flour.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken until golden brown on both sides. Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté onion and garlic until fragrant. Add diced tomatoes and flour; mix well.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and white wine; add seasonings and simmer until thickened. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
  5. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain without rinsing.
  6. Combine cooked pasta with sauce, then return chicken to the skillet to heat through.
