  • 150g raclette cheese
  • 8 slices of turkey bacon
  • 30g butter
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Fresh basil leaves (to taste)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (about 400°F).
  2. In a non-stick frying pan, grill the turkey bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
  3. Slice the tomato, onion, and mince the garlic.
  4. Butter one side of each slice of bread lightly. Place a slice of raclette on each piece.
