  • 1 demi baguette
  • ½ cup basil pesto
  • Black gel food coloring
  • 12 ounces cherry tomatoes
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Fill silicone skull molds with mozzarella pearls and bake for 6 to 7 minutes until melted.
  3. Press melted cheese into molds and cool completely.
  4. Raise oven temperature to 475°F. Halve cherry tomatoes, drizzle with olive oil, season, and roast for 10 to 15 minutes.
  5. Slice baguette and toast in the oven for about 8 to 10 minutes.
  6. Mix pesto with black gel food coloring for a spooky twist.
  7. Spread black pesto on toasted baguette slices and return to the oven until edges are golden.
