  • 1 3.4 oz box instant pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup frosting
  • Candy melts
  • Toppings: sprinkles, candy eyes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a 13 x 9 inch baking pan by spraying it with vegetable pan spray.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil until smooth. Pour into the prepared pan.
  3. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for about 10 minutes.
  4. Once cooled, crumble the cake into a large bowl and mix in frosting until combined into a dough-like consistency.
  5. Form small balls from the mixture and place on parchment-lined tray. Chill in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
  6. Melt Candy Melts in intervals until smooth. Dip sticks in melted chocolate before inserting them into chilled cake balls.
  7. Dip each pop in melted Candy Melts and decorate as desired while still wet.
