- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp almond extract
- Orange sanding sugar for rolling
- Black sanding sugar for rolling
- Preheat your oven to 350ºF.
