  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken tenders in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Dredge each tender in the flour mixture until coated.
  4. Heat oil to 350°F (175°C) and fry tenders for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
  5. Combine honey, hot sauce, and melted butter; brush over hot chicken.
  6. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
