  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 (13.5 oz) can coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, jerk seasoning, egg, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
