  • 1.5 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup toffee bits
  • 1 cup crushed potato chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped pretzels

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
  3. In a stand mixer or using a hand mixer, cream softened butter with sugars until light and fluffy.
  4. Add egg and vanilla; mix until combined.
  5. Gradually incorporate dry ingredients into wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips, toffee bits, crushed potato chips, and pretzels.
  7. Roll dough into golf ball-sized balls and place on prepared sheets with space between each.
  8. Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are crisp but centers remain soft.
  9. Tap baking sheets on the counter after removing from oven; sprinkle with sea salt if desired.
  10. Cool on pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
