  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter

  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

  • black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to high heat (about 500°F / 260°C).
  2. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and add minced garlic; cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Stir in lemon juice, zest, parsley, sea salt, and black pepper; remove from heat.
  4. Place oysters on the grill with flat side up; cover and grill for 2-3 minutes until edges curl.
  5. Spoon about 1 teaspoon of lemon butter sauce onto each oyster, close the grill lid, and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until heated through.
  6. Carefully remove oysters using tongs and serve immediately with lemon wedges and extra parsley.
