  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese, finely grated
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped spinach, crumbled feta, grated parmesan, shredded mozzarella, olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Scoop small spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and flatten into thin circles while leaving space between each crisp.
  4. Bake for 8–10 minutes until the edges turn golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  5. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
