  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 7.5 oz chive & onion cream cheese spread
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese (freshly grated)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 bell pepper stem for decoration

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chive & onion spread, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and 1 ¼ cups of shredded sharp cheddar until smooth.
  2. Lay out cling wrap and sprinkle ⅓ cup of shredded cheddar on it. Spoon the cheese mixture on top and cover with remaining shredded cheddar.
  3. Shape into a ball using the cling wrap and secure with rubber bands to form a pumpkin shape. Chill for at least 2 hours.
  4. Once chilled, remove rubber bands and add the bell pepper stem for decoration before serving with crackers.
