  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • ½ teaspoon sriracha sauce (or to taste)
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ⅛ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Pinch of salt
  • Water (as needed to thin the sauce)
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 8 small corn or flour tortillas
  • ½ small red or green cabbage (shredded)
  • 1 avocado (sliced)
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • ¼ cup Cotija cheese (crumbled)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, lime juice, sriracha, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and salt. Refrigerate.
  2. Pat the shrimp dry and season with smoked paprika, garlic powder, oregano, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook shrimp for about 2 minutes per side until pink.
  4. Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave until soft.
  5. Assemble tacos by placing shredded cabbage on each tortilla, top with shrimp, avocado slices, taco sauce, cilantro, and Cotija cheese.
