  • 1 avocado
  • 120g ground beef
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes or 1 roma tomato
  • 2 tbsp grated manchego cheese
  • 1 tsp chili oil
  • 1 tsp everything bagel seasoning
  • 1 tsp Tajn seasoning
  • 1 tsp sriracha
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp olive oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned.
  2. Add chopped tomatoes and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Stir in manchego cheese and season with salt and pepper.
  4. In another pan, heat olive oil and fry the eggs sunny side up until desired doneness.
  5. Assemble the bowl by layering cooked beef at the bottom, followed by sliced avocado sprinkled with Tajn and drizzled with sriracha, then top with fried eggs.
