  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp spicy brown mustard

  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 12 medium cocktail olives (with pimentos)
  • 3 slices white bread or 12 rice crackers

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) if using bread.
  2. Boil the eggs for 20 minutes, then cool in cold water before peeling.
  3. Remove yolks and mix with mayonnaise, mustard, red food dye, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Prepare bases by cutting bread into circles and toasting.
  5. Fill egg halves with the yolk mixture, place olive slices on top, and serve on toasted bread or rice crackers.
