  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions
  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

  2. Marinate the salmon in half of the mixture for 15 minutes. Reserve the rest.
