  • 34 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 (28 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans red kidney beans (drained)
  • 2 cups broth (beef or chicken) plus more as needed

Instructions

  1. In a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Remove the beef and set aside. In the same pot, sauté diced onions until soft and translucent.
