  • 6 cups sifted powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C). Prepare three 6-inch cake pans by greasing, flouring, and lining them with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the cake flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda; set aside.
  3. In another bowl, mix the milk, sour cream, and vanilla; set aside.
